2017 In-Store Spring Classes:

Pizza:  March 18

Michelle will be showing you how easy it is to throw together an amazing pizza dough with ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen!  The Big Green Egg will be hot and ready to throw some pizzas on the fire for lunch as well!

Spatchcock Chicken: April 15

One of our favorite meals is whole chickens on the Big Green Egg, and the spatchcock method is a clear winner!  You’ll learn the ins and outs of carving, preparing and seasoning your bird for the grill.  

Bacon: May 6

Andy will share his tips on how to prepare, cure, smoke and slice your pork belly.  We’ll get the cast iron out and fry up some bacon for an amazing lunch to follow!

 Our 5 course small plate style dinners will be paired with local beers from People's Brewing Company!  Space is limited..

Dinner starts at 6pm!
